Fitness is my passion. The personal freedoms I have experienced from being fit & loving my body are something I want for EVERYONE, and they’re something ANYONE can have. But, it takes commitment & discipline. I earned my B.S. Degree in Exercise Science, and am a former NCAA athlete. I have a vast understanding of human physiology and know what it takes to get & stay in shape. There is no one size fits all training program. Whether your goals are to build muscle, lose fat, increase cardiovascular endurance, increase strength, or sport specific training, there is going to be a different plan of action for each goal, both with nutrition & training. If you don’t like what you’re looking at in the mirror, or how you are performing on the field, it’s up to you to make the change. A year from now, you are going to wish you had started today.
